Working with Sheri was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better agent. We sold our home in Truckee in 4 days, with multiple offers all over list. She knew exactly what needed to be done to get the best offers in the shortest amount of time. She worked non stop to make sure everything was on plan and to our satisfaction. I don't think Sheri ever stops working. Late at night or early morning, whenever I sent her a text, she always responded immediately. Also, Sheri has an incredible team to support her from staging to the post sale transition. And on top of all this, Sheri is a wonderful person. Not only did I find a fabulous real estate agent, I feel like I found a friend.

Sheri was awesome from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive (I don’t think she missed one of my calls), she was fast paced during our 21 day closing, persistent when she needed to be, and a lovely presence to be around. She has breadth of local knowledge in the Truckee/Tahoe area as she is a Truckee native and she is happy to forge any connection she has. Sheri was an end to end rock star in our vacation home purchase. A. She hustled to find us listings - often going out to properties and doing zoom calls to show us around virtually. B. She found us an off-market property that was ideal for our needs. c. She used her local knowledge to help us craft the right offer - helping us negotiate a string of small and large points d. She had great local resources (such as mortgage brokers and handymen). Her local mortgage broker provided a qualification letter and proof of qualifying funds in two hours - something my bank took weeks. e. she eased us thru the various inspections - often showing up while we were out of town. f. she's just a joy to work with. Humorous when appropriate; compassionate during the inevitable ups and downs of the process; celebratory when we closed and moved in.
