I don't normally write reviews on anything, but in this case it is deserving. I must brag on the breakfast staff, namely Gene and Jeannie. They were so kind, so bright with smiles and so attentive. I have experienced hotel breakfasts in the past where the attendant made it well know she didn't want to be there, but this was certainly not the case with Gene and Jeannie. Well done to both of you! Thank you for your kindness and smiles.

I had an early check-in and was greeted by a nice young man. He took great care of me and got me checked into a nice clean room! I will save this location for my next trip out in a few days!

Stopped in to charge our EV truck. Super nice Hotel to wait in. They have a large amount of lounge area. While we were there, they also had a seafood buffet and live music.

My wife made a reservation for 3 students and myself. We met a gentleman, Mikey Morgan, who was an outstanding worker. He was very attentive in his duties. Mikey didn't wait for issues in order to help or address something with hotel customers in the restaurant, but he would ask questions to make sure if we needed anything and made sure we found what we needed. The reservation hotline gave us some wrong info regarding meals, and after I told the front desk attendant, she still gave us 2 meals for free! I'd recommend checking in/out at this hotel!

I had been traveling through Alabama on my way to Oklahoma 6-22-24 to say goobye to my father who was in hospice so my son and myself decided to stop for the night.
The receptionist was warm and welcoming upon check in.
I told her I had been driving all day from Florida and told her why.
She gave me a great discount which was appreciated to the fullest.
The room was very clean and our beds were comfortable.
Breakfast the next morning was very delicious and the staff were so friendly and very informative on traveling on my way home to Oklahoma.
On my way back to Florida after my fathers funeral I knew where I wanted to stay!!
The Holiday inn in guin alabama.
I recieved the same service as the first time and the wonderful breakfast staff remembered me.
I will stay here again if I drive to Oklahoma again.
I wish I remembered the staffs names because the guest service went above and beyond.

Stopped at this hotel to charge my vehicle on a road trip. While I can't speak to the rooms, I can say that the staff is amazing. Michelle (possibly Melissa - I have a horrible memory for names) was the epitome of southern hospitality. She went out of her way to find me unsweetened tea. ?

Lovely people. I might just have to book a night on the way back.

I had terrible experience with this Hotel, we find roaches in the room, they switch to another and we find bugs in there too.
Lady at the desk give us 15 % off the price 15 % ? Are you kidding? I wouldn’t be there again even for free.
I tried to find another hotel but it was late… Not clean place to be.

Amy at the desk goes over and above with her hospitality! Fresh coffee, clean restroom and a fast charge even though I was not a hotel guest. Tesla and CCS (non-Tesla) fast charging available. Full disclosure - I am an IHG Rewards member. I will stay here if the opportunity arises to do so in the future!
