Trash is picked up when it said it will be. Never a mess around can. They return my can to original spot. I have no complaints except service cost is a little steep especially since I don't need it picked up but twice a month

Monopoly who raises rates without notice or explanation, especially in rural areas that have no other options. They probably underpay their work crews as well since they only seem interested in profits. And do NOT let your service expire. Getting it set back up is absolute hell.

WM service is great. Trash is collected, none spilled. Rarely have schedule changes but if we do, always are notified in advance.
My only negative comment, too pricey for once a week collection

No bill, no disconnect notice. App says current until June 30th. Trash can gone, confiscated one day later July 1st! That's Sorry. My trash wasn't even picked up for a whole month because I wasn't told it had to be "perfect" for the new trucks or it won't be picked up!!! Sorry service. And a monopoly too! Residents should have options instead of being forced to pay one company that can charge anything.

Too High. Forgets our road several times and promises to come back, never shows up. Doesn't give reimbursement. Still have to pay for services we don't get. Price increase 2 times within 6 months. Why? Going to single driver with robot arms, loosing employee payrolls but still going up? Not happy at all. Need to come off cost.

They refuse to help my 90-year-old blind mother get her trashcan down her driveway to the street and back. Her children live out of town and there’s no one around to help. I’m waiting on a response to three conversations with the people.

From being on hold with their number for 30 to 40 mins at a time. To being lied to over the phone. Haven't had a trash can since they past out letters saying they will only pick up from their own cans. Need to do better. "Number 1 waste management company in North America"
