I'm writing this review to give a big shoutout to the dynamic maintenance duo at Trabuco Villas: Marco, the maintenance man, and Lupe, the groundskeeper. These two are like the superhero duo of maintenance! Always ready to fix things and advocate for me like they’re wearing capes!

When I first moved in, my laundry room door decided it wanted to go on strike. It was stuck tighter than a New Year’s resolution. But thanks to Marco and Lupe, it now opens and closes smoother than a sliding glass door at a five-star hotel.

Then there’s the dishwasher saga. The vendor didn’t exactly hit it out of the park with the installation. One minute it was fine, the next, screws were popping out like confetti at a bad party. It nearly tipped forward on me like a malfunctioning amusement park ride. But Marco and Lupe didn’t just stand by; they made sure the vendor came back to fix it properly. They even got Bill, the maintenance supervisor, on the phone while the vendor was here just to make sure everything was done right.

Thanks to Marco and Lupe, and we can't forget Bill! I’ve never had a maintenance team that’s more reliable, kind, and caring. You guys rock!

Hello, this event is deeply regrettable.

In unit 21334 on Beachwood Way, Trabuco Villas, I need to comment that 9 people are living there. It is incredible that the maintenance staff does not say anything at all. Mr. Marcos, the maintenance employee, told me that I would contact you to explain that one of those people lives in the garage. Is this normal for our neighbors? We don't know who those people are and we are worried about my family.

I've been living in this apartment complex for a while, and while the property is well-maintained with clean grounds and good building conditions, I'd caution anyone considering moving here. The parking situation is a major drawback, with enforcement being lax and many stored and commercial vehicles occupying spaces. This often leaves residents struggling to find parking, as there aren't enough spaces to accommodate everyone. This is definitely something to consider if you're thinking about moving here.
