Selling a home is extremely stressful! Kathy Lowe and Shawn Faramarzi of Shawn and Kathy Team at Bullock Realty made this process as painless as possible. They have a marketing strategy and offer advice that works extremely well - I had multiple offers and my house was in escrow within one week of listing and for the full asking price! (The sale closed in 30 days, even during Covid-19!) With their negotiating expertise, we (I and the buyer) came to an agreement with regards to the contingencies (which included various small repairs); I had to give very little. Kathy and Shawn are very familiar with the area and HOA rules that go along with it. They were both available at any time to hold my hand, listen to me vent, answer my questions multiple times, etc. I used to wonder why people would use a realtor to sell a house (and give up all that money in commission). Now I wonder why someone would NOT use a realtor! Too many things can go wrong, if you're unfamiliar with the process (which I am)! There is so much paperwork involved to keep track of, along with various inspections and follow-ups, required reports, additional details that I never would have thought of, and having to be available at the drop of a hat. They had everything necessary to ensure the safety of anyone wanting to look at the house with regard to Covid-19 (waivers, booties, gloves, disinfectant, etc.). Everyone felt safe walking in at all times. Kathy and Shawn make no promises they can't keep. They go over and above what a listing agent normally does. I would highly recommend contacting Kathy if you're planning on buying or selling a home. She has nothing but your best interest at heart
