my friend rents here I was amazed of how cheap his rent was and the place is very nice I seen the old reviews and the place must be under new management cause its really quite and laid back when I was there they where putting in all new washer and dryers and the place was really clean too

I have asked at least 3 times to get my door to reach the threshold and I still see daylight under it. I told them I am home until noon. They have come at 1 pm repeatedly.

Excellent Management!! Its Nice&Tidy with a Clean environment. and a remarkable 24-security guy in a blue KIA who is awesome and deserves a raise.. almost like our own community here and i look forward to coming home everyday!

I don't recommend living in this place. While you're gonna encounter some weird people day and night and that's because your neighbors brings random people whenever they want. The management is okay but you can still smell cigarettes and weed. Ive had neighbors that were loud as heck at the most oddest hour. Also, if your car is late on the registration and your car has no recent tag with the current year, they call towing WITHOUT notifying you. They expect you to call them and let them know your car might be late on registration. I did not know this until they towed my car while I was trying to get my sticker. I missed a whole day work and I had to pay 300 bucks! The lady I spoke to looked like she didn't care about what situation I could have been. They tag your car and doesn't tell you they took it so you end up looking for your car. No one told us about this when Valley Fair Realty took over! They fail to address that there are also cars and peoppe that come and go in the apartment and they don't do anything about it, but they are so quick on takinf your vehicle away. The worst thing is that I park on the same spot and I work often, pretty much every other day and the realty lady claimed THAT I DONT MOVE MY CAR! I also go to school all year round but she believes "I just park my car else where". Ridiculous apartment, ridiculous realty employee

Seems to be very quiet.I like visiting there well kept lawns clean everyone is friendly and polite and keeps to themselves If I had to move I would definitely recommend these apartments
