I received a letter from “Kal Johal” today asking if I’d be willing to sell my home to some random person. Completely unsolicited. They dressed it up to look like a real letter. Like we know this person.

No. We’re not interested. I think this is an underhanded method. I already have people sending me texts to supposedly hire me. I have spam in my email. I have people leaving garbage solicitations on my doorstep even though my doorstep pretty clearly says “no solicitations.”

This is unprofessional conduct.

The team of Terri and Randall are beyond professional, easy to work with, and will make sure that every detail in the crazy and frustrating process of house selling and buying is complete! I love the care that they put into their clients, walk them through each step, and are alwso many steps ahead to forsee snags along the way. If zero stars were available that’s what I would give. Alex is a TERRIBLE agent! A loooong list of why he sucks! He communicates whenever he wants and sometimes took days to get back to our agent. He never opened escrow on our purchase, my agent had to do all of the leg work for him. He lied about warranties until the day of signing, bad business practices. The list goes on and on. TERRIBLE AGENT! Keller Williams is a big corporation and should monitor their agents a little better or train them on better business dealings

I should first state that KW Realty is under new brokerage as of July 1, 2016. Don Caudill is now the broker responsible for the Yuba Sutter and Grass Valley/Nevada City areas.

I happen to know first-hand that Don Caudill and the owner of KW Realty are honorable, trustworthy professionals who take their fiduciary responsibility seriously. I know this because Don personally stepped in to negotiate the refund of our money spent on our property when we learned of nondisclosure by the seller. This was after escrow closed, so this was an extremely devastating time for us that he completely turned around. He also negotiated the refund of the commissions made by the agents involved to make our recovery whole. I also know that he had the approval of the owner every step of the way.

I am so happy to be able to say that there was no ill intention by the seller. She was unaware of the details as far as we can tell.

I am also happy to be able to say that KW Realty Yuba Sutter have an owner and broker that are honest and do the right thing. We didn’t have to unnecessarily get attorneys and courts involved. It really restores ones faith in humanity.
