This is a review of Holly Williams at River Valley Realty. I was referred to Holly by zillow to look at a home. For the next week Holly sent me homes to look at until I found the home I wanted. She was always available to show me homes even on Sunday. Once I found the home I wanted, and my offer was accepted, Holly set up all the timetables online for everybody to complete specific tasks including me. I thought this was a nice touch. So I always knew where in the process I was. After all this can be a very stressful time when buying a home. This is my 3rd home I have bought over the years, and Holly took out a lot of stress by being motivated quick to respond whether I had questions or needed communications with the seller. She set up all my inspections right away and it when smoothly. I would recommend her to anybody if they were looking for a home to bye or sell. And I just wanna say thank you Holly, for all the hard work you did.
