Renter at an apartment complex they own and is ran through hilbers property management. The tenants have been without hot water for three weeks now and no comunication as to when it will be fixed. They are one of the highest rents in town too. Slum Lord.

My experience upon move in, scraps for carpet in my bedroom, defective granite with ugly patch , wrinkles, divots and bumps in walls, texture all over the baseboards, walls not sanded prior to painting, construction trash buried in my yard, exposed jagged cut outs in the ceiling, repair guy never gets warranty work finished and then Hilbers says your warranty has expired, not what I consider a quality home as they advertise.
