I bought a beautiful showroom car. The customer service was excellent until I discovered a 2-inch cut on the carpet in the left side of the passenger seat.

I spoke with the Sales Manager and he had the audacity to suggest that I made that cut!

It never fails. Excellent customer service only applies during the transaction. After the vehicle leaves the facility, you’re on your own.

Tina, Deepak, and Johnny all helped make it easy buying my 2024 Land Cruiser. I submitted a credit application online to show I was serious and secure my reservation for the test drive. They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. This is a delayed review of my experience on Christmas Eve 2024.

It’s the day before Christmas and I was worried and was super panic because I couldn’t get the electric charger unplugged after it’s done charging.

So I had to towed the car to here, Tracy Toyota.

It’s Christmas Eve and the service area was super busy.

The girl named Tatiana Verduzco was so nice and kind, she comforted me and wiped off my tears and told me that she will ask a mechanic person to help me out.

It’s late and it’s Christmas Eve, everyone was busy.

However a super nice guy named Marco( or Mario?sorry couldn’t remember the exact name) helped me manage to unplug the cable.

It’s raining and he didn’t complain about the rain instead he talked about how to do it the right way and educated me how to avoid the same issue in the future, he taught me all this IN THE RAIN! What a wonderful guy!

I have been totally touched and moved by the excellent costumer service here. Both Tatiana and Marco(?) are the best ever!

I hope you (whoever in charge) could share my words with both of them and tell them how much I appreciate their kindness and patience! Also definitely I would recommend this place to anyone wants a best service!

Amazing customer service!! I inherited a Toyota Corolla and needed it checked out. Jasmine welcomed me to The Tracy Toyota family!! She made some recommendations, explained the process, scheduled my appointment and even found some discounts to cut down on the costs. The transparency of the mechanic’s video was impressive. All of the dealership staff was friendly. The waiting area was clean and spacious, with a much appreciated touchscreen variety coffee machine. Also, a great location to walk to several restaurants and businesses. Keep up the excellent work!! 😃
