The worst company I have ever rented from in my entire life. They also trade or have traded under the name Klemm Property Management. I have rented 6 different properties over the course of the last 15 years and I have never had any issues until renting from these charlatans. From the start they did not take responsibility for having the property miss advertised on Zillow. It said it came with a washer and dryer and when I viewed it they were there. After moving in to find there wasn't any washer and dryer they said "Zillow messed up". Then they took weeks to decide they would give me $250 which isn't even half the cost of one appliance. The screen door fell off and they said it wasn't "essential" and would replace it. The oven broke and they took 6 months to replace it. I told them about birds in the attic and they never responded. They raked me over the coals when I moved out with $930 "tile cleaning bills" and many other unreasonable charges. The only reason I paid was so that I could walk away and never deal with Bernadette Whisman ever again. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with in any capacity in my entire life.
