We had the pleasure of renting from HBR Rentals last year, but unfortunately it was short lived due to the owner wanting to sell the house.

Coming from an absolutely terrible property management company to one like HBR rentals really put into perspective a new gold standard on how I think EVERY property management company should operate. HBR gave us a "family business" feel. With people there who genuinely understood, respected, and cared about our families needs.

Everyone at HBR was professional, kind, and communicative. The move in and move out process from the beginning was streamlined and convenient. Any maintenance requests or concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.

My wife and I have no complaints, and we got our deposit back because we professionally cleaned the house.

Our experience with HBR has been very positive. Karen and her team has been excellent.. The only suggestion I can make is to get 2 bids when vendors are selected for repairs so it is cost competitive. A $500 charge for toilet repair ( not replacement) and a $1070 charge for a shower leak seem a bit excessive to me.

I like the way HBR keeps me informed about our tenants requests for service. They are very organized and quick to respond to those requests. They have a good network of professionals to take care of the repair requests. I like the semiannual inspections of our property.
