Yet another month has gone by where only homes on the public facing streets are kept nice. Those of us on other streets haven’t been mulched or cared for in 2 years, yet we are forced to pay $325/month to not be serviced. The most we get are landscapers bringing their children to work and basically letting them do whatever they want. We had really nice plants and natural grasses growing until the landscapers came through and killed everything. This neighborhood is a joke, no wonder people are listing their homes so quickly after buying. Lies from the negligent and incompetent property management company and their do-nothing employees have residents at their wits end.

This is a brand new development of homes right around 2000 square feet. I'm doing a quality check on the finishes.

Nice community, but the contracted landscaping company is lazy and does not maintain the yards like they are supposed to. The property management company also does not hold them accountable, but there has been talk of replacing them, so that might help. It took several months to get the printer replaced in the business center. After a year, the fire pit is still out of service. The security at the pool doesn’t actually work, so it’s basically open to anyone. The monthly assessment was supposed to decrease, but now that we’ve moved in, conveniently no one knows anything about it or has an answer as to when it will happen.

Very nice homes by KB and Lennar. Lots of bang for your buck. Looks like it will be a well planned community. Only minus is high density. You'll be looking at and hearing your neighbors.

Everything here has been broken since I moved in over a year ago. No printer in the business center, the fire pit at the pool is broken, and the EV charger has never worked. Landscaping crews are nonexistent unless they are taking care of the model. Sales reps lie to get you in, especially Christina. She will tell you the mello roos will be going down, but that’s been proven to be false. Save yourself the $300/month mello roos and buy into a neighborhood that’s actually unkept and taken care of.

Housing is so reasonable. Realtors are awesome. The housing is beautiful and warm, nice big rooms and awesome views of the mountains. Love this place.
