$200 a month!! for WATER, TRASH, SEWER!! r u kidding me? People from office will come during business hours. Walk around & check how many people lives in u apartment!! & Tenants will call office n give them information!! About NEW TENANTS that just moved in!! IF U have extra people living there, PETS cats etc... GINA IS EVIL & A LIAR... GINA...

Dirty laundry rooms & Managers come & walk around apartments to C if we have PETS or more people living with us!! t is HARASSMENT. INVADING OUR PRIVACY. $200 a month!!! We get CHARGED f WATER. TRASH. This is the worst rental company ever. Very unprofessional staff. They had approved me for an apartment and even accepted my deposit and then 2 days later they said that they couldn’t give me the apartment after all without any real explanation. They are very rude and unprofessional. Please save your money and go to a different company. Especially if dealing with Tobi. Really inconsiderate and unethical. I can’t believe these people.

Foul management. The people of this group do not take accountability for shutting off your water. They will not respond and fix our apartment issues. We have lost hot water for several days now, and when we reach out and call them to notify them, they dismiss our concerns and tell us they will ‘fix’ it soon. The rude property manager Thao Pham and the other officials that work for this company prioritize their money and gentrifying the apartment complex. They push out families and tenants that have lived in the apartments for years for renovation without valid reasoning. They will hand you notices about the 60-day tenancy termination and not respond about questions you have about these papers.

This place is horrible!!! Do not believe the fake reviews! Pay attention to the dates they are all within a month apart. They are doing this to cover up their real rating which is 1 out of 5 stars!!! Scroll down all the way and read the REAL reviews from REAL tenants! They are all one star. If you’re considering moving into one of their apartments my best advice is to run and find somewhere else to rent. These people are rude and unprofessional, especially Gina. She has no respect when talking to you and will NEVER resolve any issues or answer any questions you might have. This company will also increase your rent every year. They will increase the maximum amount that they are legally able to and they charge you for everything! If something breaks in your apartment even if it isn’t your fault they will send you the bill. Don’t believe the fresh paint job and new floors they put in when a tenant moves out. These apartments are old and falling apart. If you’re still considering on moving in take the time to talk to other tenants and have them tell you their experience with TN Investment group. This company and its employees are complete trash!

I've been renting this company's house apartment for about three years now. This company makes it very convenient to pay our rent and submit a maintenance request through an online portal. The leasing team is very professional, nice, and pleasant. They are very willing to help me in any situation such as one day I left my keys in my house, and when I contacted them to ask for help, within about thirty minutes they brought the spare key to open the door for me. I really appreciate the service of this company. I highly recommend going through this property management.

I just recently rent a department from TN Investment and I am really happy so far. Their leasing office organize and maintain the social distance. They also keep the apartments clean and clear. When anything happens in my apartment, I can call the manager and she send the maintenance group to fix it right away. I highly recommend people rent the apartment or house from TN Investment to keep the peace in your mind.

Ms. Thao, the apartment manager was very helpful to us during the move. She was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We could call her anytime with questions. She helped us move in and the transition was very smoothly. She answered all our questions and help give us good advices. Our transitions were made easier because of her. We still call her for questions and she will always give us her time. If we need anything, we could call her for help or any requests with the apartment. We are very happy with her as the property manager. We live in the apartment in Anaheim.
