Steven and Diana are not only amazing real estate agents, but also really nice people. They took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and to answer every possible question we had no matter how small. They leant their expertise and opinions while always showing respect to us, other agents, and sellers. Working with them made a highly stressful process manageable because we knew we could trust them and their recommendations. We were so nervous about the whole process but they always made us feel comfortable and in control. They never pressured us towards a sale or made us feel rushed about anything. They were always available, even after hours, by phone, text, and email. Even on the rare occasions when both Steven and Diana would be out of town, they made sure to set us up with another agent from their firm, both of whom we also really enjoyed working with (Thank you Shelley and Sami!). The recommendations they provided for other professionals (mortgage broker, home inspector, etc.) were so helpful and always spot on. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the service we received. If at some point we decided to sell, we wouldn’t even consider going with anyone else!!
