Our property Manager Alicia at 9414 Van Nuys Blvd. is simply so wonderful and I applaud her for her hard work and dedication with making sure the apartment complex is running smoothly. I always see her outside walking around, cleaning despite the mess we encounter due to do the homelessness. Her communication skills are immaculate and is always responsive with any concerns and or any maintenance inquiries. She does her part as a manger and in my opinion goes above and beyond. She always has a smile on her face any time of the day , her worth ethic never goes unnoticed. The apartment complex has came a long way and she is one of the many reasons why we stayed in our unit.

I am beyond grateful to mashcole property management. As a renter at velvet green apartments, my experience is great! Our property manager Delmy Alfaro is so sweet and very helpful. She makes sure everything is going well around the complex. She is very communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns you may have.

I was despairing about finding just the right new home when I happened across a banner for apartments hanging on a building in a street I’d like to live in.
After seeing a succession over over-priced grubby places, I called the number on the banner and Juan answered.
And 2 days later I had a new apartment.
Thanks to you Juan Romero, I’m so happy with the cute little apartment, and you made everything so smooth and easy and streamlined.

Horrible management company!!!! they never answer the phone or return your calls. The onsite manager doesn’t answer your calls of text messages. The hot water has been off for 13 days as January 9th—21st 2025 nobody is answering or giving & explanation of why. This is a recurring issue that happens every other month since I moved in November of 2023. They Added water, trash & sewer to the rent as of August 2024 but can’t keep the hot water on through out the month. DEFINITELY will be moving I do not recommend this management company at all & based on all the bad reviews they just don’t care as a whole & don’t let no one out in a maintenance request they will wait months to send someone out.

I am really grateful for the opportunity that my supervisor, Elsy, gave me four years ago. She is the best ! extremely knowledgeable. I am currently the property manager of Lotus Villas in the beautiful city of Bakersfield, and I couldn't be happier. Mashcole offers extensive training, and our company instructor, Iris, offers creative,  innovative weekly training in our "Coffee with Iris" sessions. I always look forward to our weekly meeting with my supervisor Elsy and the owner of Lotus Villas; he is the best owner I ever worked with. from amazing accountants like Michele, to the whole HR team I can say without a doubt that Mashcole Property Management is the greatest company to work for if you want to advance in the property management industry. Mashcole is a family and we all appreciate the owners of Mashcole Property for always caring for us as Family!!!
