Very convenient location in the middle of the hill. Safe neighborhood, quiet street and amazing views of the San Francisco Bay, Tiburon hills, Belvedere lagoon and Sausalito. Walking access to the Reed School, boardwalk shopping center, downtown, ferry and to the bay shore with its walking/running trails including one of the longest and most beautiful bicycle route in California “San Francisco’s - Larkspur”.
Each apartment has its own covered carport with an additional storage, guest parking is available. The property has its own heated swimming pool to exercise swimming rain or shine.
Each building of the whole community is located very well: every apartment has a lot of sun and wonderful view. The floor plans are great! Featuring very spacious living room. You can set the piano, wigwam, lots of kids furniture, huge sofa, armchair, dining table and still have enough room to let your kids run around! Fireplace adds warm feeling of comfort and coziness. The main part is non-smoking policy and so far every neighbor respects the desire to live in a clean air environment. Would sincerely recommend our community to good people!

Great property in awesome location: right across the street from the Reed School, walking distance to the downtown and ferry. Good management team, that respect your privacy, and the very best part of this community is a stunning view at Tiburon hills and Belvedere.

Update:
The community is located on a beautiful hill with lots of trees, greens and bushes. Few times we’ve seen a family of deers just few meters from our balcony. Feels really great to live in modern comfortable apartment with a walking access to shopping, dining and commute and still be able to enjoy a wonderful nature that city of Tiburon is taking good care of.

We recently joined the 48 Lyford community after 12 years in SF and couldn't be happier. It's a great building with a responsive, friendly, and professional staff and incredibly nice neighbors. The apartment is beautiful and we exchanged our incredible downtown SF view for an equally incredible view of Richardson Bay. Looking forward to our time here!

This is a really beautiful location, with oversized apartments, open plan living, fantastic water views, dog friendly, hiking trails, swimming pool, tennis, and backyards if you're lucky like we were.

Living in Tiburon is like being on holiday, with a warmer climate than the city and no fog, yet it is less than 30mins to the city via ferry or car, with easy access to Napa and exceptional North Bay hiking. The secret seems to be out since the Pandemic highlighted its perks, with Michael Mina and new developments establishing roots in the town.

I had a very good rapport and relationship with the management team over several years. Led by Lisa, they were flexible, helpful, reasonable and attentive in mangaing property issues and unexpected tenant issues on my end. Earlier reviews may have highlighted some concerns with the tone of email communications, but I don't believe that person is with the team anymore and phone communication with Lisa has been excellent throughout.

I'd like to make special mention of the maintenance team. Led by Juan, they are very friendly, highly responsive and on more than one occassion Juan and his team have solved urgent issues at all hours. There were a lot of renovations done over the last year and yet his team were always respectful of requests to minimize noise for critical meetings while remote working. Having a reliable and friendly face to address issues with your home is a big perk of living here.

Thank you to Lisa, Juan and the team for a fantastic home, particularly during the pandemic.

Wow!!!! This place is the best!!!! So impressed with their excellent customer service! We don't even live there and we accidentally sent a package to my family who used to live there and Lisa Monticelli, the Property Manager, texted the staff and the current resident about it and searched the entire property herself personally for it. She sent us multiple emails keeping in touch with us about what was going on with the situation all throughout the day and early this morning. She provided us with contact information for the mail service and offered to have someone take it over there when the package surfaced. She was so sweet and empathetic with us saying she knows how it feels to have items misdelivered. Now this is fantastic customer service people, as I said earlier, I am very impressed! She really cared about our situation and helping us solve our dilemma! That meant so much to us! Thank you so much Lisa for all of your help and your top notch customer service!
