If I could give less than zero I would. First off, Colin never answered messages sent to him in regards to the property we rented. Secondly, the owner still had stuff in the garage that he said he would be getting promptly. And trying to be nice, we agreed. Well what turned into promptly turned into almost two months! We couldn't park our cars or set up the garage at all! The backyard has weeds kneeling high and he expected me to pay to get it cleaned up when it was already there. Two months later, they sent a man and woman that weren't gardeners and they just mowed the weeds. Terrible job. Due to Colin never return calls or messages, I ended up dealing solely with the owner of the home in which he owns a lot of homes that they manage. Jansen. At first he was great and helped a lot. Well I'll get to the main thing. The deposit was 4200 which was absolutely crazy and I should have read the reviews knowing I'd never get it back. They sent me 4 different final move out statements after I showed that they actually owed me money. Made extra charges and then sent a final one saying I owe them money! Charged 1400 to install 3 tv mounts and patch the walls where the we're mounting the TVs. I hired a professional cleaning company and spent 500 and the lady did a wonderful job. Spotless. Windows, blinds, cabinets, everything. They had it cleaned anyways and said she did a bad job. Well I took video after she finished so we shall see what the court says. Avoid this company at any cost! No matter what you will NOT get your deposit back. Backyard and front yard were left in better condition than when we got the house. Steer clear of these guys.

Most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. I had an important issue that needed their attention. After a brief initial contact, the person I was dealing with started to ignore my texts, voice messages and phone calls. It was obviously intentional as all my attempts at contacting them totaled approximately 18. I waited almost two months until I took care of an urgent matter. I would never recommend these neglectful, inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional people for anything. I doubt they have the business skills to staple two pieces of paper together.

This place is a joke. My past review was deleted. Do not rent from them. We rented from them for 7yrs, took months/year's for them to get to some of our maintenance requests. They never answer your phone calls. The people who come out to fix thing's are awesome, but embarrassed by this company. Again don't waste your time with this company.
