Juanita is slow when it comes to maintenance requests. It’s been two years since I’ve been waiting for some requests that are simple not to unmanageable for me to do. But she refused for me to do it myself.,Painting the bathroom with mold on the ceiling that has been there when we moved in due to no ventilation on the ceiling. Bathroom floor linoleum lifting by the bathtub from leaking faucet to the shower that a couple of times the maintenance man came and made it worse. First requested was never done because of COVID. Still waiting. I bought the mold primer to paint the bathroom ceiling and paint at my expense I’m ok. Not even asking for them to take it off my rent. I know that being in management is overwhelming I use to work in that industry for many years. It’s been many years here and the full walk through never happened. Good thing I have pictures before unpacking. Please attend to us.
