Terrible decision to move here I came here thinking they had a clean pool gym , but no it’s been 5years and the gym has been locked the pool is rarely open and for some reason my key never worked to get in they have maintenance inspection every freaking week it seems like but they never show up you’re waiting all day. They never come . They say that they have to inspect maintenance work but nothing ever gets worked on my AC has gone out multiple times throughout the five years I’ve been here it’s been a nightmare and now there’s no one call you can’t get a hold of anybody on the weekends or after hours which sucks because if you have an emergency, you have no one to contact they’re so concerned about what you have on your patio instead of actually fixing the things inside the apartment that needs to be fixed my rent has gone up tremendously since I moved here and there’s no amenities there’s always drama I would not recommend these apartments to anybody. There’s been so many changes and they don’t even let us know nothing we got new management. That’s the only thing that we know about.there is roaches here if you’re neighbor doesn’t take care of their house and your house will get them. They’re arrested. I’ve sprayed my house multiple times. I use bleach and clean all the time consistently. Pigeons pooping everywhere all over your car all over your patio everything
