This property manager Gary Scott is not a a credible property manager. People get screwed by the slumlord. Tells people that their apartment will be ready on a certain date then they people get screwed into moving into a different apartment that is a scummy disaster. Destroying a young couples hopes for getting into a better apartment they got screwed into going to a worse despicable apartment. Do not work with this property manager Gary, Scott he will screw you into an awful place.

My personal experience has been simply the best. Their knowledge and professionalism is exactly what I expect from a property management company. Chris Scott was able to locate the perfect type of property I requested and required. I’m very pleased with the final outcome and highly recommend Valley Peak Property Management.

Made an appointment with one of their agents named Chris. Had an “interesting “ conversation with him and made arrangements to see one of his/their properties.

I was sent a long confirmation email, which I responded to immediately, and received a confirmation code- which I promptly acknowledged!

At the appropriate time, NO ONE SHOWED UP! No excuse for such actions unless this is a bait and switch attitude! The house was a mess!

Response was a weak apology and “how about a video tour?” What are you hiding, if you can’t show up to show the house ? Very disrespectful, dishonest and rude!

Don’t trust these people!!

Very dishonest and full of lies.
Left a couple with a small child in a very bad situation. Told them an apartment was move in ready and it was a disaster. Broken cabinets, unclean bathroom, painting was a joke,electrical cover plates missing etc..
This is a classic slum lord. Stay away from this man.
