We hired CR Property Management a few years ago to manage several of our properties in the Ventura area. They have always been very responsive and have watched out for our interest very well. We receently had a tenant move out and they handled the flip very well and with low cost. It was only days before they had approved of a new renter and had contracts to me quickly and efficieently.

Acropolis Management has been managing my properties for more than 5 years, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding level of service they have provided on a consistent basis. Whenever my tenants have required repairs, Acropolis has always responded immediately with great service at a reasonable price. There have even been instances where they sent more than one repair person for a second opinion or to get the best price, and they have never charged extra for that. Devin Dyer, the Property Manager, and all other Acropolis personnel I have dealt with have gone out of their way to make sure that my tenants needs are fulfilled in a timely manner, always making quality, price, and satisfaction as their top priority.

Not only has Acropolis taken great care of my tenants, but they have also simplified my life as a landlord by saving me time, money, and aggravation over marketing my rentals, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues and promptly resolving all issues that surface.

I highly recommend Acropolis to anyone in pursuit of a property management company that is proactive, communicative, knowledgeable, resourceful, articulate, personable, and most importantly one they can rely upon and trust that puts their tenants and landlords needs ahead of their own.
