My previous property management company was acquired by Evernest and they left me and my tenant hanging. My tenant couldn't pay rent and they were very difficult to get in contact with. Emails and calls left unanswered for days and sometimes weeks. I have yet to get my security deposit back from them and it has been longer than a month since I've terminated them.

Edgar Picasso is my Resident Services Coordinator. He is extremely customer oriented, responsive, and very helpful. He has made the last 6 months of me living in my home a wonderful experience. I’ve had a few friends express to me how difficult it is to get a hold of their Coordinator and how they wish they didn’t have to deal with this service from other Property Management companies.
