My name theodore mason. I hAVE been renting from exclusive property management for 2 years. 1st of all when I 1st call them I thought it was a scam because I got a messenger services. Mr Terrence call me back immediately. He an his staff were very prompt an professional. I have rented from 4 other renting agencies. This one right here takes care of the dam business. From my jacuzzi pipe freezing over. To the a/c unit need replacing or servicing. My latest encounter was last week. During the tornado storm. The tree n the front yard fell. The yard was a mess. I called mrs angie an 4 days later. Tony was out there getting the tree up. I can go on an on but if u are looking for great people to rent from an they return your calls after u have paid your rent to fix the house or whatever. A female representative I spoke with wasn't a bad professional although this is the only thing appraisal about the company. During the prescreening call we agreed to an appointment the date of my appointment was scheduled for Saturday She was aware that the office was closed but the representative told me she would call me upon her showing up to the property I never got the phone call and no representative ever showed up to the property I do not trust this company and I would not recommend anyone try renting as when I viewed the property it was littered with filthy trash and gaint holes in the foundation of the duplex and it seemed as if someone was currently liveing in that unit.
