I am beyond disappointed with Investors Real Estate & Property Management, specifically with Freddy Crespo. His complete lack of urgency and disregard for tenant health and safety is astonishing. The property is poorly maintained, and requests for critical repairs go ignored. Freddy closes out work orders claiming the job is "completed" without actually doing any work or even contacting tenants. This lack of transparency and care for tenant welfare is unacceptable.

When I’ve tried to bring up these issues, Freddy has been incredibly unprofessional—he yells, overtalks, and has even threatened tenants rather than working with us to address valid concerns. Instead of providing solutions, he’s suggested I find somewhere else to live. The management’s behavior and lack of integrity show they have no respect for the people who live in their properties. If you’re considering renting from this company, my advice is to look elsewhere. No one should have to put up with such negligent and hostile management.

Im suspicious about the rental part of this company and I am thinking of reporting them to BBB. I hope that I am wrong. However, about a year ago I applied for an apartment in Lake Mary that I know that I qualified for and after the company received my $75 app fee, I never heard from them again. I have been watching that same apartment #201 over the past year and it seems to not have been rented to anyone over the last year. Are they advertising a cheap rent of $1250 for a 1/1 and pocketing the $75 fee? It seems very strange that this apartment is always available at a low rent in a nice area. I want my $75 back!
