FYI we stayed in the off season (March). The room was large and a little dated like most places are getting these days, but it was fine. K cup single cup coffee maker, mini fridge, air conditioner, small microwave, the gas fireplace for the heat source was a nice touch. Great property, a couple nice cats and a few wild turkeys from a neighboring project around loose. The turkeys were not aggressive and cool to watch.

We knew ahead of time that no one would be in the office each day till 3pm which was fine and we planned ahead for coffee refills. The process for check-in they emailed us was fine. Easy drive to the park. Lots of banked, curvy roads around here which are fun when no one's in front of you, if you're into that.
There's an enclosure in the back of the property with sheep and goats. Follow the trail behind the property to a river you can walk by for a while.

The cutest, most quaint and serene place we've stayed at in some time! Within 5 min of lots of yummy food options and 10 min from the Sequoias, the staff was super friendly, they lend out free DVD rentals, have lots of animals including turkeys, and a trail to take you right to the river... Super dog friendly too!! Absolutely recommend!

Close enough to Sequoia and town. Warm rooms in the cold mountainous Three Rivers town. Helpful staff at front desk, with an adorable cat. Plenty of free parking. the whole property still had holiday decorqations when we arrived and it was beautiful. Easy to find location. free wifi and good connectivity.

If you love, appreciate, and understand nature this is the best place to stay. It’s a well kept property with plenty to do outdoors. There’s a couple cats that roam around that are very friendly. There’s a lovely open field with some fenced in goats and sheep. There’s a path that leads down to the river bed which is absolutely stunning, especially during sunsets/golden hour. We stayed in a king bed room and it was very clean and nice. Towels, tub and everything looked and smelled clean. Service was great, the office had a bunch of dvds to watch, and WiFi was good (we did not need it for work). We experienced no bugs, no weird stains, nothing but a clean and cozy place. If you want a place to stay with all modern amenities where you can stay in your room most of your trip (you are coming from LA), please don’t stay here so you don’t write a bad review. Everyone coming here for a fun time outdoors and to go to Sequoias, you are gonna love it here.

Great location, close to Sequoia national Park. This place is very well lit and easy to find. Rooms are comfy and cozy. We rented a cabin with a kitchen, that was pretty small but had all the amenities. Our heater was not working however they gave us a small electric one. Since we are out in open area, there are a few bugs that kept coming into the cabin, so the kids were not too happy about that. Other than that, good place to stay and would stay again.

Such a beautiful atmosphere! We were on a family road trip and wanted to visit the national park near by. So glad we found this gem! Super close to the park and felt cozy and clean! We will definitely be back!

Room was huge, had a full sized fridge and lots of room for luggage. Beds were comfy and the room was clean and quiet. ||Check in was efficient and friendly. Pool looked inviting but we didn’t try as we were in the park all day. ||You’re about 15 mins from the park entrance and Three Rivers has some petrol stations and eateries. ||All in all a great location and good price too!

All would be just great if they would not leave you freezing in the morning (January)! Hard to come out the blanquettes and take a shower at 52F/10C. I confirmed this with our room neighbour as they experienced the same. Lovely cats are browsing around the property!
