There is pending litigation because of alleged leaks, mold, yard drains to nowhere, doors don't close, cabinet defects, and a multitude of other problems. One family has sent their children to live elsewhere and is talking about tearing down their entire house because of toxic mold. Listen to the podcast on 7/2/2024 on Dave Congalton's show, read the news article online. Buyer beware!

PLEASE BEWARE OF GRETA! It is incredible how one individual sets the tone for an entire organization. How sad yet important that the relationship that we develop or do not develop in our business transactions really sets the tone for our views and experiences. I would strongly consider purchasing elsewhere as long as Greta is there. She ruined the entire buying experience.
