Real Property Management Central Coast was great! We were seeking housing for next year as a group of four college students from Cal Poly and they were extremely helpful when it came to answering questions about anything and guiding us toward the direction of getting a house for next school year in any way they were able! As an owner, I am so pleased with Matt and Jerry at RPM. I am so grateful for their promptness and professionalism to owner concerns. Having RPM as my property manager gives me confidence and peace of mind. I was in town recently, and drove by my property. I noticed damage to a recent improvement I had made, and took pictures. Within 9 minutes of me sending an email to RPM, Matt had emailed me back saying he would look into the matter. In another 20 minutes, he emailed me an update. I am grateful to Matt and Jerry and their team at RPM for managing my property so well.

RPM is one of the last landlords that I would choose in SLO for your kids or yourself. If you are looking to rent, skip RPM. Their operations consist of squeezing college kids. Its disappointing to see a Cal Poly alumni (Jerry), have no issue going after kids that went to their own Alma Mater. Jerry is not a professional, and is hard to deal with. It's sad that in this day and age, there are adults that make a living off of being unreasonable and deceitful to young students.
