As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were thrilled to work with Connie. We wanted to work with someone who didn’t mind taking the time to answer our (sometimes basic) questions and really hold our hands throughout the entire process. But let me back up and share how we found Connie in the first place! A friend of mine referred me to her after regretting working with another realtor. She had relatives who had worked with Connie and had a great experience, and she wished she could have gone back and hired Connie too! She is also incredibly well connected and well respected in the realty community which also helped us get our dream home. She introduced us to an amazing lender who also shared her passion for client education and walking us through the process in a way that we could understand and digest. We had such an incredible team in our corner!
I also appreciate that Connie keeps it REAL. As people who weren’t too familiar with Elk Grove, she helped us navigate the various neighborhoods, weighing pros and cons like traffic, train noise, etc. and wanted to make sure we got the best house in the best area for our budget. She doesn’t want her clients having any regrets! She advised us on making a strategic offer based on her knowledge of the home and area, and we were so fortunate to have our offer accepted! From our first day meeting Connie to our closing, we had a wonderful experience working and would recommend her to anyone who wants that personal connection to their home buying journey.
