My husband and I were so fortunate to have found Miyo. We worked with her 3 times already. She is honest and hands-on. She was patient as we look at homes and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers. She was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Miyo was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Miyo was there for US! We would, and will, recommend her to anyone in the market to purchase a home. It has been great working with Miyo. She handled everything, including meeting with the tenant that occupied the property before we sold it. She arranged all the repairs and upgrades to have it ready for sale. We live 2 hours away and we didn't have to drive to the property at all. Miyo did everything for us, and always keeping us up-to-date on the process. If we have any questions, Miyo and her team respond to our inquiries in a very timely manner. We've already used Miyo to sell two of our rentals. I would continue to use her service if I had more properties.

If I could give Miyo more starts I would!!!!! After a rocky start with another agent, my husband and I were feeling very discouraged with the home buying process. Feeling defeated, we got into contact with Miyo and within the first visit with her our faith was restored. Miyo is extremely professional and knows the ins and out of the real estate business and also the personal relationship we were missing from our first agent.

Miyo took so much time going over the home buying process with us and never made us feel rushed or inconvenient. She was always so quick to respond to our questions and fought for us while negotiating. Even after we closed, Miyo has been such a sweet person in our lives. She made an everlasting impact on our family and I mean this when I say… she truly touched our lives and we couldn’t be more grateful for her. My only complaint is that there aren’t more than one of her! If your family is looking for an amazing agent who truly cares for your family, you need to hire Miyo, you will not regrets it!!!!

I had a couple bad experiences with realtors before landing on Miyo. From my first conversation I had with her I felt at ease.I had no feeling I was being persuaded or lied too witch I felt from the previous realtors. The homebuying experience was stressful as everyone is told. Miyo and her teams communication was amazing. We had some setbacks with the timing of my home purchase with the holidays and new year, but Miyo was still able to close in the time frame I wanted and communicate the repairs and credits I felt necessary. She hit it out the park and I'm in the home that I wanted. I will refer her and her team to family and friends in the future. I am now a homeowner because of miyos hard work!
