ELLE property management has been amazing.
As a previous renter of a home in Chico, they managed the home I was in for the owner. There were a few issues when I moved in, like the washing machine and the gutter downspouts that were just not working right. They helped get things fixed right away. Very responsive on multiple occasions afterwards
I appreciate the hometown roots of this company. The entire staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about Chico, and honestly super easy to talk to they felt like neighbors the few times I called

Please don’t give any reference to them they throw you under the bus.One lesson they taught me today don’t say the truth.When I confronted them she said call my Attorney.I helped them but she was rude.Please guys mind your own business let them deal with it

Ellen has always been kind and personable to me, and I thought it was very very lenient that they don’t charge a late fee up to the 5th, makes it nice when your paycheck falls a little later than the 1st. Even then the fees for that as well as applications are minimal compared to other property management. The landlord is great and we basically had our own pest exterminator covered and he would come and fix things that were broken and got us a new lock for our mailbox! Very professional and much better than Blue Oak

They are the only property management in this area that actually cares about there tenants, they go out of there way to make sure your comfortable and happy with your rental.
