The WORST experience I ever had with a property management company. They did not have any experience with the reality of commercial leasing and subleasing. Did not know how to clean a commercial property and had adversarial employees. I rate them a -10

I don't typically write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience with this company so I had to write one. I've been in my unit for about a couple months and I had a plumbing emergency. My toilet backed up and was unusable. To make matters worse, I had family coming in that evening, so we would need a working toilet. I immediately called our management company and was surprised someone answered the phone. With my past experiences with other companies, I could never get anyone on the phone. I explained to them the situation and within a couple hours they had someone out to fix my toilet and they even cleaned up the mess caused by the toilet. This service was phenomenal! Thank all of you so much! You guys are the best.
