Natasha is wonderful!! The application process was quick and they worked with my schedule to view the home I was interested in and when I chose to move in sooner there was no issues!! Very professional but laid back at the same time which makes the process much easier. Any issue I’ve had they have gotten in touch with the land lord and so far have handled promptly and efficiently. So far everything is great!

They made themselves available almost immediately whenever we needed anything - property photos, showings, Diane even helped tidy things up when necessary for last-minute showings. The staff at IPM went above and beyond during the year I rented a house from them. Repairs were always done quickly. Due to no fault of their's, the house I was living in was broken into. They came out early the next day to repair the door. The office manager even asked me to write down a list of the items that were taken so she could look for them on buy and sell sites. She showed genuine concern. I highly recommend the staff and the quality of the houses that they rent!

This company is beyond AWESOME and I'm not just saying that say that because I'm very particular . Everything was how they mentioned and anytime I call about anything they are on two wheels to come . The staff is excellent with very great customer service skills there has not been one time i have been disappointed with this is company thus far . I am a proud tenant. They are timely in informing me of any issues related to my property. They have always acted promptly in any needed repairs. They are timely in sending my monthly statements and rent checks. The experience I had with IPM was second to none. My cousin and I were looking for a place to reside, and the ladies at IPM made it extremely easy. I have rented a lived at one of the properties that they operate for 2 years, they provided excellent response to service requests and staff was efficient and effective in handling of issues regarding the living conditions of the household. Further, upon leaving the property, the handling of closing details and finalizing our moving out appears to have been resolved quite efficiently and with issues only arising from my own busy life. I strongly suggest anyone looking to rent get in touch with them as they have a variety of properties that they operate and are extremely professional in the handling of everything from moving in to clearly outlined and informative lease agreements.

I would live in one of their properties again in the future, and may well do just that at some point.

Unfortunately, we were the tenants that put down a security deposit with the expectation that we were going to be refunded our money because the property manager knew we were looking at another home and assured us we could get the deposit back. The home was on the market for two days and we were told there were several applicants. Then less than a week after we gave a deposit we notified the property manager that we would be moving into a different home that was more affordable for our family and the move in date was two weeks sooner. The home we put the deposit down for was rented 3 weeks later, a week after the move in date, yet we still “donated” our $1600 deposit to the homeowner or IPM.
