Another horrible management company making short term rentals miserable for guests. Stayed at a 15 person home with 10 guests. Greeted by a fire alarm out of battery beeping, a toilet that didn't flush, a moldy coffee machine, and an oven so caked with gunk it couldn't be used without smoking up the whole house. Company made me take pictures of everything but offered absolutely nothing in terms of fixing the issues or any compensation. Avoid at all costs.

My wife and I sent the week at Keystone. Great resort and experience, easy check in and check out, clean well stocked condo and very close walk to the ski lifts and restaurants. Hot tubs were small and crowded so we avoided! Haha. We got to see some moose, they are everywhere, but its fine as long as you avoid getting to close to them:)

Used this company to manage our home for about 6 weeks and would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Their team is quite incompetent to make it brief. We sourced all our own services and had we not it would have taken months to start renting the place. They do not have the resources they claim to have. Also beware they claim to list your place on over 20 sites and they in reality only list it on about 5-6 sites depending on who you ask from the company. Additionally, their sales team will severely over estimate your nightly rate to sell you and when you actually get listed the price per night is about a 1/4 of what you were told it would be. We’ve waited over two weeks for someone from management to contact us regarding the misinformation we’ve been told and we’re still waiting. Needless to say our contract is being canceled.

Awful company, makes customer service nearly impossible to reach and had us locked out of our rental with an infant because they decided to change the code on us in the middle of our stay? This company will list vacation rentals on multiple platforms and then will not answer your questions on the platform where you booked (e.g. VRBO). I should have known when they seemed confused about adjusting our booking a few months before our trip.

Caution to Hosts: RedAwning Accounts Payable Team is completely incompetent OR shady and dishonest. Payments as a Host during my first 3 years were processed the day after guest check-out (in accordance to the RedAwning Host Operating Agreement). Over the last several months, payments have been frequently withheld 10 days, 15 days and on a few occasions over 20 days after guest “check-out”. Just for context people who Host directly on the Airbnb platform get paid the Day after Guest “Check-In”. No logical reason for RA Host payments to be processed 20+ days after Guest “Check-Out” date especially if they visit 4-7 nights, which would be almost a month later than the RA Accounts Receivable team received payment from Airbnb.

Update: Reached out to Airbnb Support Team and they said all payments to Hosts are sent the day after Check-In. Redawning needs to be more transparent about why they “claim” they get paid late so we get paid late 15+ days after “check-out” when Airbnb support said RA gets paid day after “Check-In”. RA should just be honest and say we are withholding Host payments because of (xyz…fill in a good reason to withhold payment) or tough cookies deal with late payments or quit our service we don’t value you. They need to stop passing the blame onto Airbnb as the reason for Host payment delays. Most Hosts are trying to provide a great guest experience and get paid in a timely fashion. Now I have to track payments or lack of payments and constantly remind RA billing and resolutions team so they don’t forget to send guest payouts. Really Sad, because it was such a great experience my first 3 years working with the RedAwning team.

We rented a place in Mammoth and when we arrived and opened the door it had a funky smell. So right away we opened the sliding door and found that the door wouldn’t lock. The place was dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor. Ran out of hot water after being in the shower 5 minutes. List goes on. When we approached Management about not being able to stay there because the next day the smell was still there. They said that they would give us a three night credit for the four nights we were staying there. When we got back they said they would only give us two nights credit and there was nowhere else to stay in Mammoth we even looked an hour away and no places. So in the end I had to drive six hours all the way back home and had to pay for two nights when I only stayed one night. Can’t believe this is how they would take care of anyone they would like to have come back and rent from them.

All I can say is that we loved it, We had a wonderful and memorable stay while we were there and you guys were a big part of it.The room was excellent, clean, and the view of Diamondhead was spectacular! Washer & dryer right down the hall, parking was free and easy. Also, we were within walking and driving distance of everything. About a 7 minute walk to Waikiki beach. Everything was close whether you're walking or driving. Location was great. I felt like I got my money's worth. I would stay here again for sure! Aloha!!
