Renting from them was a breeze. However, the day of my event was a complete nightmare. The driver was 2 hours late, they said he had van troubles but I think it was the fact that the driver had no help with all the deliveries he had that day. When he finally arrived after my event started me and my guest had to help with set up. When I reached out to get compensated for the lost hour of my rental, they refused and only offered 20% off my future rental which I will not be using. For the monies I payed and lost, I fell there should be a better system of accommodations. NEVER WILL I USE THEM

We actually had a great experience with Kelley rentals despite the negative reviews. I’m writing on behalf of my dad Marco Rincon since he doesn’t have a google account. They’re always nice when we go into the office and Bill was great with my dad and communicating. And he got his deposit back as well.

We rented from Kelley Rentals for two years and had a very good experience with them. They are very thorough, taking lots of pictures of the location. We had a few issues come up over the two years and they were very fair is resolving them. Likewise with the security deposit. They are an honest, family-run business. I would recommend them.

Bill is very rude and unprofessional. He does not return emails or phone calls, sometimes taking weeks to hear back. When our hot water heater went out it was a fight to get it replaced. Once we left the property he said he no longer worked for the landlord and Bill never returned our deposit. Bill said we had to take it up with the landlord (we had never worked with them and didn’t even know their name or contact info). We will never be working with this company again.

They make up reasons to steal your deposit and threaten you with their lawyers if you try to do anything about it. Very rude rental agency. They do nothing for you while you are tenants of a property that they manage.

Drove by a house that a friend used to live in at 10800 Bodega Hwy that is managed by Kelley Rentals. The roof leaked (among many other issues)
while my friend lived there, and the solution was to put a tarp on the roof. That was a year ago and that tarp is still there. As a landlord myself, I find this to be unconscionable. Kelley Rentals runs this place like a slum lord would. Shame on you Kelley Rentals.

They are very cruel and unprofessional...Bill kelly is very rude and childish....You would think a man with a sick mother would have some compassion for other people especially people who actually pay rent....never have i missed a payment or have a ever recieved any complaints they just want to raise the rent to 2100 and i pay 1500....Hope your mom feels well Bill
