I VOTE FOR STRONG MANAGEMENT. JULY 2024.
I can only speak for myself—a resident in a compound managed by Strong Management for decades.
For the past few years we have JAXSON STRONG take over the management. One thing is markedly clear. Jaxson always promptly replied to my request for help, in few hours or just in minutes, helping me with issues like loss of my gate opener or cleaning up of the outside areas. We are very fortunate to have this kind of efficient and considerate service.
I know first hand how impersonal big real estate management company work at a new building on Linden Avenue (So.SF). For a period of 2 years we have 4 different HOA contact person. This year we had to ask ‘Who is our HOA manager’? Still no clear response. Within 3 years we have 3 different companies and 5 or 6 different managers. They keep telling the residents to “Go to the Portal and submit your questions or requests on line” !!!
As resident my contribution to the HOA management of my compound is not limited to my monthly fee payment but also to keep our HOA Manager informed of issues big and small so he can address them without delay. We should invest our time and energy to see if the requested works are done completely. Our feedback to our HOA management will help keep our environment in top shape.
The senior population explodes but the seniors have to navigate the Digital Society where the younger generation with fast fingers on the keyboard find us irritating. A family run HOA management is a rare luxury nowadays. STRONG MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE MY VOTE FOR BEST COMPAMY IN THE BAY AREA.
