David did a wonderful job helping us find the right second home for our family. He was very knowledgeable of all the local Truckee neighborhoods and was correct in pinpointing which neighborhood we would be most comfortable in. We found his honest assessment of homes, as they related to our unique search criteria, very helpful in narrowing down which homes to drive up and visit. When we showed interest in a property, David would head out and shoot a comprehensive video.
