We chose Christy and her team to list and sell our Glenshire home. I’m not certain that I can do justice to how well she and her team handled the sale in a brief review, but I’ll try.

We had a unique and special home, and like all sellers, believed that it was worth more that it may have been. Christy acknowledged the positives, and balanced them with the homes challenges (no garage, two bedrooms, etc) and we arrived at a listing price designed to get attention on the home.

Prior to listing it, we listened to the things Christy said the house needed in preparation for the sale, and then engaged the professionals she recommended to prepare the home.

She carefully balanced what was absolutely necessary to do, with the costs, and helped design a road map to the listing date. She did this flawlessly with the seasonal considerations and changing market in mind.

The home turned out beautiful with just two weeks of prep work, thanks to the high quality professionals she suggested.

To make a long story short, we received multiple offers on the first weekend the house was listed, and sold it for well over asking, in alignment with the plan that she had suggested.

What I have not touched on yet is the personal nature of her services, and the person she is at heart. There are a lot of agents that sell a lot of homes, but few of them seem to sincerely care about their clients needs. Her caring and empathy showed through in everything that happened while we worked together, I could not recommend her more highly.
