Incessant gas leaf blower sometimes twice a day. There are pros and cons. Here’s our take. First off it seems odd they were allowed to build this on Tahoe’s beloved and protected sand dunes. Topic of evening discussions while there. But, progress! The pier is laying on the beach and isn’t usable by boat but that seems to be a common problem on the north shore proper especially after consecutive drought years and once the lake hits its natural rim. Really, really like gas leaf blowers

Fantastic place with amazing staff! Everyone is so friendly and treat you like family. Kayaks and paddleboards available in the summer as well as boating for rent! Firepit, grills, heated pool and hot tub. Private beach with a long dock that's excellent for jumping off of when the water level is high enough! Overall great, fun place!
