Visiting the tehachapi loop with my 2 kids was almost fatal with cars speeding by, no speed bumps or barriers and an accident waiting to happen. They have the observation area with cars parked on each side of the road, with cars turning blind corners on both sides going 50mph. One of the most dangerous areas I been to.

BEWARE of their Ineptitude!!!l they like to double charge credit and debit cards when paying bills! Oh and when you call to question them about it you'll be assured by Heather in Billing that there is no record of any mistakes on there parr in there system and that "You" are mistaken and "You'll" need to provide proof. Fortunately my bank assured me that I was in fact double charged and it's Tehachapi utilities that will need to provide proof oherwise.
