Living in this apartment has been a great experience! The management team is incredibly responsive and truly cares about their residents. I recently had some issues with my kitchen and restroom, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was fixed properly. It’s reassuring to know that any concerns are taken seriously and resolved without hassle. The community is well-maintained, the location is convenient, and overall, it’s a comfortable place to live. Highly recommend!

Our experience here has been nothing short of a blessing! I have to give a special shout out to Marisol for working tirelessly and quickly to get us into our home! She was kind, compassionate, professional, and prompt. I’m so glad we have someone like her working in the office. She went above and beyond for us, even staying late to finish our paperwork on multiple occasions!! This is a huge place and she handles it with grace. She made this process easy and stress free!
The apartment itself is perfect, bright, open, and updated. We have all the essentials including central AC for a much better price than anywhere else. We have a cute balcony, pool, fitness center and laundry facility. They have security at night as well for an extra measure of safety and comfort.
We never have trouble finding parking for our friends and with the parking permit we never have any issues. Our spot is right next to our
Apartment too.
I could not be happier with my experience so far! I love the tile, the flooring, the bedrooms and kitchen and bathroom everything is spotless and feels brand new. Their pool is gorgeous! With updated new furniture! We even have a less updated apartment than the ones they show and it’s still beautiful!
It’s quiet too, there’s no loud music or tenants being loud. Another rarity for an apartment complex especially such a large one.
They’re also adding even more things to the property in 2025.
They hold events for the community as well which is rare! You can feel a level of care that 99% of places just do not have and that is because of Marisol and the management staff.
I personally haven’t had any issue with the homeless they do a good job and keeping them away. It’s sad to see how bad it’s getting in California but that is no way Tara Hills responsibility! I haven’t had any issues and I feel safe and appreciate Tara Hill in aiding in this issue with their fairer pricing.
This is next to some really great schools as well if you have kids!
Maintenance is quick and thorough and friendly!

It’s a great place for our little family! I could truly not be happier to be a resident at Tara Hill. If you’re looking for a new home, you’ve found it.

I lived in Tara Hills for two years, and it was a great experience. I had no problems, and the apartment was very cozy! As for the management, my family and I were always assisted by Azucena Robles. She is in charge of the administration and was always very professional, helping us with everything we needed with a kind and collaborative attitude! It was a pleasure to be part of this community!

As long as Marysol and Cristy are a part of team, it's always professional, accommodating, attentive and detail oriented. So, you understand how much value it is to have them and how much peace it brings us. We always felt like we could talk to them about any problems or concerns we may have. And they would address as promptly as they could. It's nice to know I can walk in and Marysol knows our name and our apartment details.
