We had the pleasure of working with Taña to buy our first family home in Sausalito. She’s a highly competent real estate professional who helped us purchase a house significantly below the asking price.

Our goal was to find a 3BR home with water views in specific neighborhoods, all within a tight budget. Taña patiently guided us, showing market trends and past sales data to refine our search criteria. She also provided access to off-market properties, which expanded our options in the limited Sausalito market.

After a multi-month search, Taña spotted a significant price reduction on a beautiful 3BR home in Old Town Sausalito. Despite the updated price still being outside our budget, she advised us to consider it. We loved the house and, with her help, thoroughly reviewed the seller disclosures and got additional questions answered. We decided to follow her advice and made an offer at the top of our budget but significantly below the asking price. Thanks to her negotiation skills, the seller accepted our offer.

As this was our first time going through the escrow process, Taña guided us every step of the way. She was a very responsive communicator, helping us with our questions and needs throughout the process and even after the closing date.
