I have been working for a client who lives at this residence for over 3 years. In my daily visits which last for hours, I have never experienced anything but a comfortably peaceful, clean atmosphere with people of all ages. The managers are very friendly and hands on both in keeping the place up to par and creating a community throughout the complex. They do extensive wonderful decorating of the common areas for nearly all the major holidays. They have always been respectful and helpful to my client's needs. I have interacted with many of the other resident's in my comings and goings and always found them to be friendly, clean, and respectful. This is an older complex in decent condition and I would not hesitate to live in these apartments or have any of my family live there.

Kicking out a disabled man on life support but won't give their family a prorated 2 day extension they are willing to pay for so the daughters can help their disabled father move his things out. All for the fact he has a two bedroom and a yard in a back unit that they want to fix and increase the rent on and remove HUD certificate renters.

Quiet, clean and friendly atmosphere!!! Yes there are rules like everywhere, but they help keep us and our children safe. Love that my little has somewhere to run!!

Bad manager..
There are cameras everywhere .. some facing the windows and doors of tenents, who are probably totally unaware of there locations..
She needs to be removed from managing the complex.
To bad the owners are unaware of her and her husbands treatment of tenents.

The driveway is so messed up you can not drive down it, the manager never responds to phone calls or does work in a timely manor
