We recently rented the Sculpture Point for a week. Stunning, large home with an amazing location. For added privacy, the bluff trail does not run in front of this ocean front home, which is rare at The Sea Ranch. Beach Rentals was great to work with and responsive. Seriously gorgeous place. The hiking trails are well maintained and easily accessible. Bicycles are allowed on some trails, horses allowed on others. On-leash dogs are allowed, and please bring your own cleanup bags. Three pools are available for authorized guests and residents. Two tennis courts, a golf course, and various other activity centers are also available. Multiple rental options are available for vacationers, from individual homeowners as well as companies.

We rented a home in The Sea Ranch over the Christmas holiday for our extended family to stay in while visiting us ( we live full time at Sea Ranch). Unfortunately for me, the house we rented seemed to have something usual with the stairs from the master bedroom and I fell and broke my ankle quite severely. I reported this to the rental office as I wouldn’t want anyone else to sustain an injury. The woman I spoke with was quite nice. I did mention that the Cal Fire crew and paramedics may have gotten dirt on the light carpet and she simply said that they would charge us if the carpets needed cleaning. This seemed quite insensitive considering what I’ve been through. Oh well, it’s their business, right?
