I moved in immediately had outlets that were not working, water heater not large enough so to get hot water it was 10 minutes of water running only replaced a few outlets per professional need all them down stairs needed replaced never came back until I had my outlet go out and lost all my food no help refrigerator was going out took 2 weeks of repeated calling to be replaced. Had several maintenance issues in less than 2 years. Then noticed wet in my kitchen ceiling called the master bathroom toliet was leaking black mold had to replaced all the floor and kitchen ceiling had no use of bathroom and hole in kitchen ceiling above where I cook for 45 days. The 4th made bedroom had no heating vent which had to get a ac and heating unit to keep the correct temperature costing utilities up and no vent in the hall for fresh air. So tired of issues I decided to buy a home with 3 months of lease gave a 60 day notice due to the the house being inhabitable they denied my request had to move the house since they would not allow me to close any later. I updated the thermostat to nest and charged me for replacement of older thermostat and did not change it and still trying to charge for it fraud. Charged for drain stoppers that I didn’t even have. When moved in there was a few roaches on floor and it hadn’t been painted recently and now trying to charge for painting since I did a touch up since all doors was brown and painted white all was chipping and looked bad and tried to charge for repaint even though was not painted prior and who knows when was last time painted. Sent charges no invoices no proof of prices of was being charged for damages as well charge for change of thermostat they did not change out. Kept better one and charge for the replacement. Shady sent bills no invoices or proof of charges for damages. Also locked out illegally per lease by Indiana can’t lock out without legal court action and charge for lease. Just a shitty company
