Office is a mess of paperwork, Throw charges like it’s candy. Never in office, never answer their phone. I will never in my life deal with this company again. It was good for the first few months until I would notify the problems im having with people and other problems on the property often and nothing was being done about it. Wendy will tell you one thing and then turn around and say “I don’t remember saying that” or “I remember something like that”.. at this point really seems like she’s purposely ignoring. We are done, overwhelmed with nothing being fixed. I’m hoping this review stays up to warn other people.

I had a client that lived in one of their properties and these people not only did they take advantage that he had A developmental disability, but The manager also coerced him the eight years that he lived in The property Never once letting him read his Lisa let alone take the time to read it and understand it. Then when it came time for him to get his deposit backpay created unfounded charges once again trying to take advantage of his disability.

I've been renting from them ever since they took over the property and have found them to be very Honest & Reliable...case and point I came home from work yesterday and found my Fridge was "not" keeping food cold enough though my freezer was working just fine. I sent a text message to them an when I got home from work today I had a new Refrigerator, no questions asked!

I have been using Wendy @ Investment Property Management for managing my properties and finding my employee's rentals for 4 years now. And felt it was time to leave a review, working with Wendy has been an absolute joy. Things do not always go perfect when you have rentals but she has an amazing staff of people to fix problems when the fires start happening. Wendy has been a pleasure to have run my rental properties she goes above and beyond for us landlords.
My employees have had nothing but great things to say about renting from her over the years. She has been fair, responsive, and professional with working through all the obstalces that can arise while renting property.
I would 100% rent from Investment Property Management Inc, I will also have her manage all my future rentals.
Thank you Wendy for helping my employees find great homes, and taking care of my properties. This review was well deserved for putting up with me.

This rental company is a joke. If you want to have your checks lost, then always use the drop slot. You will also be charged for not paying your rent on time when they lose your check. They also NEVER call you back, so you always have to go in to talk to Wendy about any issues you have.
Cleaned the place to perfection when moving out? Cleaner than it was when you moved in? They will still only give you $200 back and accuse you of having a dog in your house the whole time.
Winter is atrocious if your place has a parking lot of any kind, wendy will lie and say she has someone coming to clear the snow.. I’m assuming she means Mother Nature, because unless all of the neighbors are out there shoveling the snow it never gets cleared unless it melts.
If anything breaks good luck, our dishwasher broke and it took them almost 3 months to replace.

When it comes down to it, I would say look for a different company to rent from. The property we lived in was smelly and falling apart from the beginning, and not worth the money you pay.

Never and I mean NEVER calls back. I have good credit, a good job making good money and excellent rental history references. Every time I called to follow up on things Wendy said "I'll call you back as soon as I find out". I've never once received a call back and was turned down for the property I applied for. Still don't have a clear reason why. Total waste of time and money applying here.

The dark haired lady behind the desk is exceptionally aggressive/rude. I have gone in 2 times asking about apartments for rent, and I never got the impression I would actually be able to rent a place here. Was told they "might" have to charge an additional $1000 a month on a $650 base rent because I asked about a slightly non-traditional rental option? Based on the other reviews, the better business bureau seems like it should be involved.

Originally I wrote a very poor review on this company, cone to find out their name is very VERY close to the actual company I was trying to review! I spoke to Wendy a few months ago after I e mailed this company with my complaints. She let me know this is was not the case, and I had contacted the wrong company!!! I truly apologize for lending any negative review to this place as they are very sweet and understanding!!
Lesson learned... The internet isn't alwasy as easy as most make it seem haha!
