Melissa Snow is amazing!! I cannot recommend her enough! She is super hard working and doesn’t miss a beat. Melissa is so easy to talk to and makes the whole House selling process a total breeze. There was zero stress with her. Melissa is always super positive and puts any worries at ease. And if that isn’t enough, she is the most talented designer! Tara Ellis is a horrible agent she isn’t interested in anyone else’s timeframe but her own, she lacks ethic and integrity at every turn and is not to be believed. Was dealing with her on a property she listed and she was completely ignorant about the facts of the property and in fact lied about the property even when she was asked questions and given time to get the answers. She still has the property in question listed with amenities that it doesn’t have or that are non functional at best. There are HOAs on the property she has it listed as none. There is no flood irrigation she has it listed and will tell you there is unlimited shares lol this was an obvious red flag which made us do our own research. She is a completely unreliable and unethical realtor only interested in her commission and not committed to ethical honest behavior. Proof positive again is the listing which she and Stromer Realty now knows is a complete sham after having her job done for her but they cant even be bothered to fix the ad.
