Another Update: We have a manager now and she is onsite. She is really good. This is a great place to live! I upgraded to 5 stars.

Update: No manager! We haven't had a manager in about 6 months. They never check on this place anymore! Maintenance is slow and they keep going up on the rent. We have a lot of maintenance issues to be a new complex.

Overall, it is a nice, quiet place to live.
I've been here since it opened over 4 years ago, so these are new apartments. Love it here now. Had a problem with a neighbor when I first moved here, but thanks to the great management working to resolve the issue, the person is no longer here. Rent is reasonable and it is a nice, quiet community to live in. Would recommend it to anyone.

We live here now. Not long after being here our building had a septic issue. Overflowed in four bottom apts. It took a time to get it cleaned up and fixed but finally it was. We were just shocked new apts would have this issue. They did get it fixed. Other, then that it's been a nice quiet place to live so far. Neighbors have been friendly. Land lady is nice and helpful. There are some things that I think would be nice improvement like a playground for the children. And safety locks at the top of the doors so young children don't let themselves out onto patios, fall downstairs, or walk out in traffic area. The apartments are nice and easy to clean. Rent is little high but if you qualify for Hud it's cheaper. Rental prices now are high anyways where ever you go. We stay to ourselves and haven't had any other issues. We like it.

This place is completely unprofessional. They are liars. I had one of their workers tell me I was approved and could be moved in by the weekend. I call them several times and no response. Finally I have to call their corporate number to find out that I hadn’t been approved and that it would be another two weeks before I would be. They called me a liar and said they would never “rent to a person like me.” They approved someone who applied after me because “they needed it more than I did”. When I asked to speak to someone else the woman said there were was only her, the woman I had been speaking with, and a woman who was on some sort of conference. It was always a different story whenever I spoke to them.
