He made the home buying process painless and enjoyable.
Jorge was available anytime to answer all of our questions. I'm pretty sure he was at an event/party one weekend. We needed help with our application, and he talked us through every step, was so kind, and told us to call back with any more questions.
Jorge is as personal as he is professional.
He is charismatic, intelligent, humble, informative, and never judgemental.
I personally get anxious and overwhelmed fairly easily, so I asked my husband to handle most of the interactions. Jorge was so kind to me throughout the entire process. He would include me on all the basic communication, but when it came to the intense stuff, he'd speak to my husband directly and allow my husband to relay the information. I mention this because his compassion made this process possible. The fact that he not only heard me, and didn't judge me, but also put action behind it meant so much to me.
He also gifted my husband a fancy Mandalorian decanter set for his birthday, and gave me a gorgeous, huge succulent as a congratulations gift. With balloons and the whole shabang:)

Jorge is truly and honestly an amazing person. He will give you dedicated time. He will listen to all your wants and needs. He will ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE on his face! And he has a great sense of humor!

Jorge took our dream and made it a reality. We had a rollercoaster of a buying process, (loan wise, nothing to do with Jorge himself) and Jorge held us down and got us hooked up. He was a fantastic negotiator, always available, and knows his stuff!
