Unprofessional, looses your rent money orders, Never in the office, won't call back, maintenance is a joke..from time I called for maintenance I got a bill to pay for their hourly wages. Lived in this rental since 2020 only called for emergency things such as a hot water heater, took 6 months, leaking room for 3+ years, roof caved in 2023 in the living room, only did a crappy roofing job outside, still leaking still two huge holes in my ceiling, back in July 2024 there was a house fire (due to bad wiring also been having issues with for years) now a huge hole in my living room floor. Refusing to fix the issues. Instead proceed to try to evict me several times, tried the you didnt pay rent, proved wrong, tried the abandonment rout, that didnt work. Proceeds to pretend to be me calling PG$E to shut off power, calls code enforcement constantly. She refuses to take me to court (hmm I wonder why) I have security videos of her screaming at me to leave when she gave me a notice of entry to get a contractor quote (no contractor with her that day). Yes I'm currently trying to find a home to rent.

Very unprofessional place. I read bad reviews before I started looking for a rental through them, but we were desperate for a place to move to. We waited over a month to hear about a house we applied for. We were told they would take the best applicant. We suddenly got a phone call to go look at the house right away. We go to the house and agree to rent it with the owner. While we traveled to Tara Properties to pay the deposit and sign the papers, the owner agrees to rent it to a different guy and they have it rented by the time we got to the office. We call the owner who admits she rented it to the other guy because he has no children. Tara Properties had our application for over a month. If they wanted to discriminate, they could have done it privately without screwing us over.
They also didn't return multiple phone calls. We left messages during business hours that were not returned. This was before they screwed us over.
Steer clear of this place.

I have called and called to get them to fix our shower which has not worked for six months. I am frustrated and irritated. It takes forever to get anything fixed and you have to keep calling them. They are disorganized and unprofessional. Now our toilet seat broke. I will see how long it takes them to send someone out to fix it. I have called twice already and still have not heard from them.
